Training Body and Mind
The literal meaning (translation) of Tae Kwon Do is “foot, hand, art”- or the way of the hand and foot. However, Tae Kwon Do means much more than kicking and punching. It is a non-violent discipline that achieves the goal of inner peace by conditioning the entire body. This art originated in Korea and it is now the most practiced martial art in the world.
For child: 1, Teach them to be fit for life. 2, Develop confidence and respect for elders. 3, Develop great relationships with peers.
For adult: Our classes are designed for people who want to get in shape (or get into better shape), by improving your body inside & out.
For Family: We believe that the family that kicks together sticks together! Tae Kwon Do classes are a great way for you to spend extra time as a family together.
Our after school & summer camp programs are designed to enrich children's lives with all of the core benefits of martial arts in a positive atmosphere of caring and supportive teachers and role models.
